TransUnion's Global Capability Centers (GCCs) support TransUnion UK by adhering to service and risk management requirements. The Risk & Compliance Senior Analyst will collaborate with the Business Issue Case Manager to manage and track business issues, engage with stakeholders to investigate and analyze issues impacting service provision, and escalate any GCC-related concerns that affect TransUnion UK. They will support remediation efforts for identified impacts, conduct reviews to identify recurring issues, ensure accurate documentation, prepare reports and MI outputs for governance forums, and maintain policy and procedural documentation related to issue management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Issue Case Manager to log, track, and close business issues
• Engage with key stakeholders to investigate and analyze reported issues affecting service provision
• Escalate significant GCC-related issues that may impact TransUnion UK
• Support remediation efforts to address service provision impacts and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct reviews of current and past business issues to identify recurring or systemic concerns
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of actions assigned and their statuses
• Prepare high-quality reports and MI outputs for governance forums and committees
• Assist in maintaining and updating TransUnion UK-specific policies and procedural documentation related to issue management

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, risk, audit, or assurance in a regulated financial services environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of risk management principles or compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with UK financial services and FCA regulations
• Knowledge of data management and data protection regulations (eg GDPR)
• Must reside in South Africa with a fibre-ready home (minimum 100 Mbps)
• Clear credit record for some positions
• Hybrid position requiring two days per week at a TU office location
